STEM week this year was again filled with lots of engaging activities and pupils across the years working together to solve problems and have fun with scientific challenges. There were rockets, slime, forensics to name but a few of the activities on offer. Pupils took part in a treasure hunt and there were poster an poems competitions along with a STEM cake sale. Another highlight was the fascinating talk by John Innes Institute research scientist Paul Nicholson on crop deseases.
After such a successful and inspiring week we look forward to next year’s edition.
