We’re very impressed with the results of our young mathematicians who took part in the Intermediate Maths Challenge recently. Our pupils achieved 15 Bronze, 7 Silver and 4 Gold certificates! The latter four, pupils from year 9, 10 and 11, automatically qualified for the European round this month – a fantastic achievement.
Well done to all the pupils who took part and to Mr Farman for inspiring them with his enthusiasm for all things Maths and homemade cake.

It’s British Science week and our STEM Coordinator Ms Rix has again created a week of wonderful and exciting activities for our pupils to take part in. Lots of them have signed up for experiments, treasure hunts and talks by scientists and engineers. The ever popular water rockets are back, and there will be a science cake competition and judging by last year’s entries we are in for a treat.
