Focus staff and pupil groups at Lynn Grove worked together over a number of months to create our school ethos statement. We talk about our ethos in small ways, like our weekly ethos videos which are played to pupils on Monday mornings, or in bigger ways like our termly rewards events. We are proud to have worked with Norwich University of the Arts, along with our incredible year 10 artists, to create our ethos posters, which you will see displayed around our school building.
