Every year, after a rigorous selection procedure 40 or so year 10 pupils are invited to take up the role of prefect. Being a Lynn Grove Prefect brings responsibility and opportunities. Our prefects lead by example upholding the Lynn Grove Ethos. They act as Ambassadors for our community at events and support pupils in the lower school through their induction. They take the lead in raising money for charity through a number of activities across the year. They work alongside form tutors in year 7 8 and 9 form.
The year kicks off with a leadership conference which sets them in good stead for opportunities they will have to contribute and gain useful experiences which they will be able to apply once they leave school.
We would like to invite you to our Open Evening on Thursday, 19th September 2024, for prospective pupils and parents starting Year 7 in September 2025.
