Whether going on to a great university, securing an apprenticeship, or entering the workplace, we want every young person who leaves a Creative Education Trust school Lynn Grove Academy to have real choices in life. That is why, as well as academic excellence, we seek to ensure that we provide the best possible careers education support and guidance and unique extra-curricular opportunities for every pupil to discover what else they’re good at.

We have a dedicated careers team who support the pupils throughout their time at Lynn Grove Academy and provide many opportunities to encounter employers and training and education providers both in and out of the classroom. Our new careers room is available for all pupils to access and is a space for them to gain impartial support.

We evaluate our careers programme against Gatsby benchmarks on a termly basis. The information on the careers pages of the website is reviewed annually with the next review scheduled for July 2024.
